Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Terms

When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are considered to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG:27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.Orders are processed immediately after payment is completed. Shipments are not made on weekends and public holidays as shipping companies are closed.

Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Terms

Customers can perform cancellation, return, or exchange transactions through the 'My Orders' section in the 'My Account' area. In case of any issues, they can contact the support team via email: (support@kadinle.com).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND DURATION

The buyer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving it, without providing any reason.

FREE RETURN PERIOD

For purchases made through the platform, there is a free return period of 15 days.

Shipping Costs and Return Expenses

  • Shipping Costs:
    • Domestic: Orders below 400 TL are subject to a 35 TL shipping fee, while shipping is free for orders of 400 TL or more.
    • International: Orders below $50 are subject to a shipping fee and it depends on the weight and size of the shipment, while shipping is free for orders of $50 or more.
  • Return Expenses:
    • Domestic: In all return cases, the service is free for the customer, and Kadinle platform covers all the costs.
    • International: For returns made without specifying a reason, the Buyer bears the shipping cost. If the product is defective, the supplier is responsible for the shipping costs.

DEFAULT ON PAYMENTS MADE BY CREDIT CARD

If the buyer falls into default when making payments via credit card, they acknowledge and agree that they will pay interest as per their credit card agreement with the bank and be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action, demand any legal expenses and attorney fees from the buyer, and, in all circumstances, if the buyer defaults on payment, they agree to compensate the seller for any damages and losses incurred due to the delay.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If unforeseen force majeure circumstances arise and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request a cancellation of the order, an exchange with a similar product, or a postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed.

If the buyer cancels the order and paid in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days of cancellation.

If the buyer paid via credit card and cancels the order, the refund will be made to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer’s account.
