The customer's name, address, phone, and email information are collected during the order process.
Subject
The purpose of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation No. 29188, regarding the sale and delivery of goods/services ordered by the Buyer electronically via www.kadinle.com, which possess the characteristics mentioned in the contract and are sold at the price specified therein. The invoice and preliminary information provided on the payment page of www.kadinle.com are integral parts of this agreement.
Product and Service Information
- Product Type: Clothing, cosmetics, accessories, home & living, children's clothing, etc.
- Prices: Prices including taxes are specified in the product details.
Shipping Fees:- Domestic: Orders below 400 TL are subject to a 35 TL shipping fee, while shipping is free for orders of 400 TL or more.
- International: Orders below $50 are subject to a shipping fee And it depends on the weight and size of the shipment, while shipping is free for orders of $50 or more.
Payment Methods
- Credit card, cash on delivery, installment sales.
Delivery Conditions
- Domestic deliveries are completed within 2-3 business days.
- International deliveries are completed within 8-9 business days.
Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Conditions
Right of Withdrawal
- The Buyer may return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery by exercising the right of withdrawal.
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and complete with all accessories.
- The invoice must be returned with the product.
Shipping and Return Costs
- Domestic: In all return cases, the service is free for the customer, and Kadinle platform covers all the costs.
- International: For returns made without specifying a reason, the Buyer bears the shipping cost. If the product is defective, the supplier is responsible for the Shipping costs.
Defective Products
- If the product is defective due to the supplier, the Buyer has the right to a return or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the defect is caused by the Buyer.
Refund Policy
- The supplier is obligated to process the refund within 10 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notification.
- For payments made by credit card, it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the Buyer’s account.
User Rights and Dispute Resolution
- The Buyer has the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court regarding products purchased from the Kadinle Platform.
Enforcement and Approval
- By placing an order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
- Kadinle Platform reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement, and such modifications take effect on the date they are published.
