When requesting a return, we advise you to apply the following steps:
Go to “My Orders” in “My Account”, select the products you want to return and submit a return request.
Fill out the return request form included in your order or in your confirmation email.
Package your products in their original shipping packaging and bring them with the invoice to any of our authorized shipping offices.
Hand over your returns to the shipping agent who is authorized to take your package
